Answer to Question 1

ANS: A
When a patient is first diagnosed with a problem, education must start with what has gone wrong and what is likely to happen.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: C

Even when a nurse is very busy, when there is an emergency, or when the nurse is interrupted, the nurse cannot assume that all the rights are followed unless the person who prepared the medication is the one who gives the medication.

It is not a straight line, but "zig-zags" around various island chains. Therefore, Samoa and nearby islands have one date, while American Samoa and nearby islands are one day behind. Daylight saving time is used in some islands, but not in others—further shifting the hours out of sync with natural time.
