  2. Phenobarbital.
  3. Klonopin.
  4. Valium.

You are a nurse taking care of an older adult patient with hypertension. He was prescribed a hypertensive medication but has decided to use a cheaper herbal product he can buy over the counter and thinks will lower his blood pressure.

  2. There are several kinds of OTC medications to decide from that can work.
