Answer to Question 1

C, E
The nurse should question concurrent administration of infliximab in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis and heart failure (HF) or hepatitis. Infliximab may increase the risk of hospitalization and mortality in patients with HF. It also may cause liver injury, leading to a need for liver trans-plantation.
Infliximab is not contraindicated in patients with asthma, diabetes, or gallstones.
