Answer to Question 1

D
Feedback:
Inamrinone is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor that blocks the enzyme phosphodiesterase. This blocking effect leads to an increase in myocardial cell cAMP, which increases calcium levels in the cell. These drugs do not decrease cardiac output or increase cardiac preload.

Answer to Question 2
