  through 4th grade children, was developed and you as the statistical consultant
  have been asked to assess its reliability.
 
  The test is composed of 4 items
  and was given to a random sample of 5 parents. The items on the test were
  scored from 1 to 10, with 10 showing the most permissiveness. Using the Cyril Hoyt ANOVA, find the internal consistency reliability of the test.
