To add medication to the IV fluid bag, the nurse should:
 
  A. Shake the bag to mix the medication
  B. Insert medication into the main tubing port
  C. Label the outside of the bag with a felt-tip marker
  D. Cleanse the injection port with antiseptic before adding the medication
