  1. Hypertensive crisis that may occur in the first 36 hours
  2. Hypokalemia that occurs in the first 48 hours
  3. Leukopenia that occurs at 1 to 3 weeks of therapy
  4. Thrombocytopenia that may occur at any time in therapy
