In a simple linear regression problem, the least squares line is y = 2.73 - 1.02x, and the coefficient of determination is 0.7744 . The correlation coefficient must be -0.88.
  Indicate whether the statement is true or false

Question 2

If all the points in a scatterplot lie on the least squares regression line, then the correlation coefficient must be 1.0
