A local hardware store wants to know if its customers are satisfied with the customer service they receive.
 
  The store posts an interviewer at the front of the store to ask the first 120 shoppers who leave the store, How satisfied, on a scale of 1 to 10, were you with this store's customer service? Determine the type of bias.

At a tennis tournament a statistician keeps track of every serve. The statistician reported that the mean serve speed of a particular player was 104 miles per hour (mph) and the standard deviation of the serve speeds was 9 mph.
 
  Assume that the statistician also gave us the information that the distribution of the serve speeds was bell shaped. What proportion of the player's serves are expected to be between 113 mph and 131 mph?
  A) 0.317 B) 0.1585 C) 0.68 D) 0.997
