Answer to Question 1

The orifice metering device is simple, inexpensive, and systems using an orifice can be used with low starting torque compressors. In addition, orifices are easy to change in order to meet different system requirements.

Answer to Question 2

The connectors must be rated for aluminum wire and the wire should be coated with ant-oxidation paste.
