Answer to Question 1

The residential TAB market has seen large growth, more recently, due to energy costs and increased health concerns related to residential indoor air quality.

Answer to Question 2

TAB is seen as part of indoor air quality. A home that is properly balanced will prevent air from stagnating and help to reduce pollutants by the conditioning and filtering of the indoor air.
