The ideal storage temperature range for various types of cheese is in the range of 3034oF for natural cheeses and 4045oF for processed cheeses. Maximum temperatures range from 4560oF for the natural cheeses while the processed cheeses may be kept on open shelves at 75oF.

The temperature would need to be 45oF and the relative humidity 75-80.
