Capacitors are rated by capacity in microfarads and voltage limit.

Answer to Question 2

Heat from the refrigerant in the compressor discharge line is used to preheat the air for the store's HVAC system. When heating is desired, a three way valve is used to direct the refrigerant in series through the heat reclaim coil and then to the air cooled.
