80 of the charge if the recovery device is manufactured before November 15, 1993.
80 if the recovery device is manufacture after November 15, 1993 and the compressor in the appliance in non-operational.

90 if the recovery device is manufacture after November 15, 1993 and the compressor in the appliance in operational.
