Answer to Question 1

Oil does not return at the same rate to all the compressors because they do not operate for the same length of time.

Answer to Question 2

A primary refrigerant will be used to remove heat from a secondary refrigerant in a chiller unit. The secondary refrigerant does not change state and expand when it removes heat from the air.
