First, identify the major parallel and series sections of the circuit. Second, solve each section using the series or parallel formula
Last solve the entire circuit using the series or parallel formula with each section entered as a single load

Answer to Question 2

Ice will absorb more heat than water and therefore has the advantage of taking up less space. Colder water provides a large temperature differential that means less flow will be required for a given cooling load. Reduced flow rates call for smaller pipes and lower pumping costs. Colder water provides for lower leaving air temperatures from cooling coils. Colder supply air will absorb more heat therefore less air needs to be delivered by the fan. Reduced airflow
