Explain how a stuck heating sequencer can keep the fan operating continuously.

Answer to Question 1

The fan points on the sequencer stick as well as the points to the heater.

Answer to Question 2

A capillary tube that is plugged with debris will immediately pull into a very low suction pressure or vacuum. Ice normally only forms after the system has operated some and the evaporator starts getting cold.
