If a country does not meet its target emission reductions, as set by the Kyoto Protocol the Conference of the Parties, which are the countries that ratified the Kyoto Protocol, determine the consequences of not meeting the emissions targets by 2012.

Answer to Question 2

The Superfund program affects the remediation of hazardous waste dump sites that are included in it by documenting the location of the identified hazardous waste sites throughout the United States and tries to determine which organizations are responsible for the dumping of hazardous wastes into the identified sites.
