No, but companies are not allowed to discriminate against a qualified individual because of his or her disabilities if the individual can perform the duties of the position with reasonable accommodation.

They are the ability to perform high-speed numerical computation, the ability to provide fast, accurate, and inexpensive communication, the ability to store information in an easy-to-access format, and the ability to be accessed from multiple locations.
