A certain solar array consists of four 12 V, 250 W modules connected in parallel. The ISC for each module is 8 . Determine the current rating for the charge controller in this application.

Answer to Question 1

ISC(TOT) = 6(ISC) = 6(8 A) = 48 A.

ICC = 1.56ISC(TOT) = 74.9 A

detection, active detection, and utility notification.
