Answer to Question 1

The minor uses do add up to substantial totals, but truly gigantic is
certainly an overstatement.

Answer to Question 2

Facilities that are built one-up from scratch in the field are much more expensive
to construct as discussed in Ch. 13 . It is easier to get replacement parts for modular
facilities. Additionally, factory-built plants that are discovered to have a problem will involve
an identical solution to each of the problems, fixing all at once.
