If atomic hydrogen can destroy ozone, and most of the matter in the universe is hydrogen, why is hydrogen not a major cause of ozone depletion?

Most of the hydrogen in the universe is in stars. There is still a lot of hydrogen on
Earth, but almost all of it is in the form of water (H2O).

Neutrons actually have a greater mass than protons. Neutrons inhabit the nucleus
to help keep protons bound to the nucleus. The neutrons shield protons from the charge of
other protons in the nucleus.
