D.
This statement doubles the mass of the object, which is squared in both terms of the energy to momentum relation. This answer increases the energy by the greatest amount compared to the other answers, primarily because mass-energy is so great

Answer to Question 2

Einstein's general theory of relativity talks about curvature of spacetime and accelerating frames. The addition of velocities formula deals with the special theory of relativity.
