A single force acts on an object and the torque caused by the force is nonzero about some point. Is there any other point about which the torque is zero?
  1.Yes, under any circumstance there is such a point.
  2.No.
  3.Yes, but only if the force is centripetal.
  4.It is impossible to determine.

Question 2

If the torque acting on an object about a certain axis is zero, what can we say about the angular momentum of this object with respect to this axis?
  1.It is zero.
  2.It is constant.
  3.It can never be zero.
  4.Nothing, angular momentum has nothing to do with torque.
