What did Beck mean when he used the term core schemas?
 
  a. Parallels of Ellis irrational beliefs; they are beliefs that interfere with peoples ability to get what they want in life.
  b. Irrational beliefs that are related in a network. Beck applied the same set of irrational beliefs to all disorders.
  c. Beliefs that are used every day to simplify our processing of information. Consistent with Becks psychoanalytic training, the beliefs are all in the conscious mind, or the ego.
