Answer to Question 1

False

Answer to Question 2

Leaders should read members feedback about the group with the caveat in mind that members may give inaccurate feedback for a couple of different reasons. For instance, a member may not like the leader and may give overly negative feedback. Or, on the contrary, a member may be trying to please the leader or feel concerned for the leader and give only positive feedback. So, all group evaluations should be taken into consideration to inform practice, but also be read cautiously.
