Compare and contrast the difference between the terms etic and emic.
 
  What will be an ideal response?

Question 2

Chronic exposure to violence would not lead to:
 
  A. identification with the aggressor.
  B. enhanced moral development.
  C. adaptation to violence.
  D. detrimental development effects.

Answer to Question 1

 Etic worldview is considered the perspective of an outsider and emic is perspective is an insider.
 Even though these are viewed in opposite directions but sometimes counselors tend to bring both of them together.
