 Self-concept influences how a person sees him/her-self and the world.
 An inflated self-concept can result in over-estimation of skills and options and get in the way of interviewing.
 Negative self-concept can result in clients negatively evaluating themselves on assessment inventories, or evaluating their optionsI can't do that or I'm no good at this..
