 People problems: subgroups, manipulators, resisters, monopolizers, silent members, users of sarcasm, diagnostic analyzers, focusers on others
 Procedural issues: opening the group, structuring the group, involvement of group members, group cohesion, promoting hope and risk taking, closing the session
