  Kelly was given a formal referral from her employer to you as a clinician for her anger management problem at work. She has extremely high work performance evaluations however she has a history of outbursts of anger.
 
  During this last episode Kelly not only yelled but also pushed a colleague. Kelly is very sorry for pushing her colleague and admits that stress is a problem for her, however, she feels that anger is an effective tool in getting people to listen to her.
