You have a group of students who are having difficulty determining their purpose for reading, especially in narrative text. Select a comprehension strategy you think these students should be taught and outline the minilesson you would teach to help them learn the strategy.

ANSWER: The response should state that prediction is most likely to help them in narrative text, and should include all the parts of the minilesson.

Answer to Question 2

ANSWER: The response should define evaluating as making a judgment about text in some way.
