After the hearing on the motion in limine, the judge rules in favor of your client, saying that there can be no mention of the drugs found in the plaintiff's car during the investigation of the accident that the case is based on. The judge decides that way because there is no evidence that the plaintiff owned or used the drugs (he'd borrowed the car). When the police officer who investigated the accident shows up to testify at trial,
