The President of Ace Plumbing called the law offices of John Hue and asked to speak to his paralegal, Betty, if the attorney was unavailable. Betty took the call and told Mr. Arthur, the company's president, that the attorney was out of town on a case. Mr. Arthur said, I have a quick question that you should be able to Answer: Can I front-end my alimony payments to my wife to avoid the tax penalty? Betty, though hesitantly, told the client her opinion. Betty has violated:
