Generally, the proper venue is the county where one of the spouses resides. If they both live in the same county, there is no problem. But if the spouses live in separate counties, what will happen?
 
  a. The parties will have to let the court decide.
  b. The spouse who gets to the courthouse first determines the venue.
  c. The respondent spouse can order that the venue be changed.
  d. Any venue is ok. It's personal jurisdiction that really matters.
