Answer to Question 1

Most applications, such as Excel, can be password-controlled for security. As with other Office programs, a number of security options are offered, including inspections of the document for hidden metadata, as well as the ability to encrypt the file with a password, or to restrict the ability to change or edit a document.

Answer to Question 2

The U.S. Tax Court is a federal court that hears appeals by taxpayers from adverse IRS decisions about tax deficiencies. If the taxpayer has not paid the tax, then the appropriate forum is the U.S. Tax Court. In this forum, there is no right to a jury trial. The judges have more tax expertise and sophistication due to the specialized nature of the court. When the IRS and the Commissioner of Internal Revenue determines that a taxpayer owes money or has a tax deficiency, the taxpayer may dispute the deficiency in the U.S. Tax Court before paying any disputed amount.

Although the Roman numeral for the number 4 has always been taught to have been "IV," according to historians, the ancient Romans probably used "IIII" most of the time. This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
