What effect does the death of the offeree have on an outstanding offer?
 
  A) The offer immediately terminates.
  B) The offer may still be valid depending on whether the offeree intended to accept the offer before his death.
  C) No effect - the offeree's heirs can still accept the offer until it is revoked.
