   b. trademark

  d. all of the above

Question 2

Alvin and Betty sign a contract which Alvin can't perform. Instead of breaching the contract, Alvin finds someone else to perform his obligations, and Betty signs a separate agreement with that person for the same consideration. Does Alvin still have to perform under the original contract?
 
  A) Yes, as long as Betty wants Alvin to perform.
