Each of the following cases involves a dispute over the takings clause EXCEPT:
 
  A) Pennsylvania Coal Co. v. Mahon.
  B) Agins v. Tiburon.
  C) Nollan v. California Coastal Commission.
  D) Fletcher v. Peck.

Technically, Mo and Flo do not own a real estate interest in the co-op. Rather, the realty is owned by a corporation. Mo and Flo purchase stock in the corporation. This stock ownership includes the right to use and occupy a portion of the real estate owned by the corporation. As shareholders, Mo and Flo have the right to participate in the decision making of the corporation with regard to the operation, maintenance, upkeep and sale of additional shares in the corporation.
