Answer to Question 1

The images must be in a format supported by the presentation program. Presentation programs like Sanction and TrialDirector allow the legal team to assemble all of the electronically stored evidence in one program. With everything stored electronically, it is not difficult to find and show almost anything at a moment's notice when testimony or strategy changes. Another advantage of these programs is their flexibility. They can be used to prepare and deliver the graphic presentation electronically using a computer, with or without a projector, and to print out paper copies for distribution.

Answer to Question 2

In some cases, it may be appropriate to bring in a trial support consultant to manage the system and free up the litigation support staff for other trial functions.
