The federal courts have established a common electronic system for filing documents and locating case information. This system is accessed through the Public Access to Court Electronic REcords (PACER) website. Anyone may use the PACER system by registering and setting up an account. The public may register or access the PACER site form the PACER login page. The PACER case locator is a national index for federal courts.
