Priscilla is a passenger in a motor vehicle driven by Alex. There is a collision involving two other vehicles, one driven by Barnabas and one driven by Chloe. The jury awards Priscilla 250,000.00 and apportions causal negligence as follows: Alex: 10 Barnabas 40 Chloe 50 In a jurisdiction that has adopted joint and several liability, Priscilla:
 
  a. Can recover only 25,000.00 from Alex.
  b. Can recover double her damage or 500,000.00 from any one of the three defendant drivers.
  c. Can recover the full 250,000.00 from Alex if she so chooses.
  d. Can recover only 125,000.00 from Chloe.
