First they travelled to Siberia, and then about 300 years later they left Russia altogether for China because of the Soviet's persecution of religious groups. However, because of the hot climate and political instability they left South America for Oregon. One small group left Oregon for Alaska after their children came into contact with gangs and drugs in a Woodburn park.
