Answer to Question 1

The student's answers should include:
1) PhysicalLandforms and the environment
2) CulturalPeople, culture, and cultural landscapes
3) PoliticalPolitical economies
Geographers favor the integration of these three forms of analysis because of the interconnections between these categories, maintaining that none of these categories can be studied without referencing the other two.

Answer to Question 2

A parliamentary system is one where the leader of the country, in this case the Prime Minister, is also a member of the legislative branch as well as the chief executive of the country, instead of the two branches being fully separated.

Commonwealth countries have this form of government because they were once directly controlled by Great Britain and still maintain a close connection to Britain and the Queen of England.
