Answer to Question 1

When serving specialized foods, such as lobster, bring a lobster cracker, fork, and pick, and an empty plate for the lobster shell. Place the lobster cracker to the left of the fork and the lobster fork and pick to the right of the teaspoon. If a pick is not used, place the lobster cracker to the right of the lobster fork. Place the empty plate for shells above and slightly to the left of the lobster plate. Place the dish of melted butter above and slightly to the right of the lobster plate.
