Meetings should proceed on the basis of what is known to the unknown information. Meetings
with productive outcomes are greatly influenced by how well the chef manages the meeting.
Keep the discussion focused, and don't let the team go off on tangents or other issues. Save other
issues for future meetings. The goals of a good meeting are action and results. Summarize the
meeting and assign key result areas to individual team members with agreed-upon benchmarks
for future areas of improvement.
