Studies on men's and women's salaries show that
 
  a. the discrepancy between the salaries operates only for White workers, not for Black and Latina/o workers.
  b. almost all of the discrepancy in salaries disappears when we consider factors such as the number of years of experience and whether the worker is part-time or full-time.
  c. ten years ago, women earned only about 60 of what men earned, but now their salaries are nearly identical.
