One reason discussed in the textbook with regard to minorities being overrepresented in committing street crime when compared to their actual representation of the total population was racial bias in the criminal justice system. Complete some outside research on this topic and draw some conclusions regarding racial bias in the criminal justice system and possible solutions to reduce racial bias.
