Sick deviant  truly abnormal behavior, most agree, mass murderers, everyone joins together to hate
Repentant deviants feel remorse, want to reintegrate into society, show they are reformed, donate time and money to charity like Michael Vick
Cynical deviants, know they are criticized but dont care, no remorse, flaunt the rules, so what?
Enemy deviants  not only want to continue deviance, but want others to join, terrorists

Some structural aspects as it admits poor, minorities more likely to be labeled
