b. The defendant knew that the crime had been committed.
c. The defendant knew that the crime was committed by the individual who was being assisted.
d. The assistance was personally given by the defendant to the individual who committed the crime.

b. The intention to carry out an act that is unlawful or one that is lawful but is to be accomplished by unlawful means.
c. A culpable intent on the part of the defendants.
