Answer to Question 1

TRUE

Answer to Question 2

Both reasonable suspicion and probable cause are legal standards of proof. Reasonable suspicion is a lesser standard that probable cause. Police officers can conduct field interrogations and stop and frisks based upon reasonable suspicion. Probable cause is needed for full scale searches, arrests, and to receive warrants.
